Ortenau Klinikum - Agenda 2030

With an investment volume of around 720 million euros, Ortenau Klinikum is developing its hospital locations for the future and strengthening regional healthcare. The FC-Gruppe is responsible for the holistic planning of the technical building equipment (cost group 400) for the clinic buildings and care facilities at the locations Offenburg, Gengenbach, and Lahr.

Vincentius-Diakonissen-Klinikum Karlsruhe Aufzüge

Vincentius-Diakonissen-Klinikum Karlsruhe Elevators

The replacement building of the Vincentius-Diakonissen-Kliniken in Karlsruhe combines musculoskeletal center competence for the treatment of the entire musculoskeletal system and for the treatment of ear, nose, and throat diseases in the certified head-neck tumor center. To ensure barrier-free access to the new building, nine elevators with different uses are employed. The height difference between street and entrance level is overcome with an additional elevator. This elevator is located in a glass shaft with a glass-enclosed cabin on the forecourt.

Rhine Ordnance Barracks

A regional large clinic is being built for US military personnel on the US military site east of Ramstein Airport. The clinic is used to provide medical care for wounded soldiers from Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as for approximately 60,000 US citizens living in southern Germany. The new building will house 120 examination and treatment rooms, approximately 70 beds, and nine operating rooms. The cleaning and maintenance of the building envelope will be carried out with the help of a facade access system.

Convention Center Heidelberg

In Heidelberg, a city with strong science and economy, a new convention center is being built next to the main train station. The main hall offers 1,900 seats. The FC-Gruppe is responsible for the conveyor systems connecting the individual levels and providing access from the underground car park. In addition to the elevators for visitors and gastronomy, a 7.5t elevator for large and heavy objects is also being implemented.

Allianz Campus Stuttgart Vaihingen

As part of the campus project, we took over the planning of technical building equipment for a future-oriented work environment with around 4,500 employees. In addition to office and conference areas, the campus includes a company restaurant, a sports hall, and a central plaza. With a kinetic energy storage system, the area meets the highest requirements for security of supply and sustainability according to DGNB Platinum.

Karlsruhe Combined Solution

With a budget of nearly 1.5 billion euros, the Kombilösung is one of the major infrastructure projects in the Karlsruhe Technology Region. The Kombilösung is a transportation infrastructure project designed to improve mobility and quality of life. The FC-Gruppe provided support for this project in the areas of schedule management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.

Corporate headquarters Heidelberg Materials AG

For the new company headquarters of Heidelberg Materials AG at the Heidelberg location, the FC-Gruppe took on services in the areas of quality assurance, lean management, and technical controlling. The modern office building combines flexible work environments, conference areas, and a future-oriented energy concept, and posed high demands on planning, coordination, and quality assurance.

Porsche Werk Zuffenhausen

The FC-Gruppe developed creative and feasible solutions for construction projects on spatially highly restricted factory sites. Especially at complex locations like Zuffenhausen, Weissach, and Ludwigsburg of Porsche AG, which are heavily limited by residential development, existing property boundaries, as well as traffic and rail infrastructure, the FC-Gruppe supported with strategic consulting and planning.

Porsche Plant Leipzig

The FC-Gruppe designs the infrastructure and plant development of the expanding Porsche plant in Leipzig with comprehensive expertise. Our services included a plant development study as well as consulting, planning, tendering, and construction supervision for the plant infrastructure and utility supply. In the dynamic automotive industry, we actively advocate for modern, sustainable plants, particularly focusing on efficient energy supply.

Schwarz Digits Campus

During the construction of the Schwarz Digits Campus in Bad Friedrichshall, the FC-Gruppe supported Lean project management by using analog and digital Lean management methods. Tact-oriented coordination, structured management formats, and coordinated collaboration of project participants contributed to stable project execution and the on-schedule completion of the construction project.

Network expansion TransnetBW

For TransnetBW, the FC-Gruppe accompanies projects in the high voltage infrastructure sector with services in planning, control, and consulting of technical building equipment. From early project development through approval procedures to technical quality assurance during construction execution, we ensure coordinated processes and the successful implementation of complex energy infrastructure projects.

Rail-bound helicopter landing platform Vidia Clinics

For the helicopter landing platform, we planned the conveyor technology with rail-bound transport systems and turntables, which allow for quick and secure transport of the helicopter between the landing area and hangar. This optimizes operational processes and ensures the readiness of air rescue services when every minute counts.
