Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus

The FC-Gruppe is responsible for planning the elevators, container washing facility, as well as the pneumatic tube system and the driverless transport systems (DTS) as part of the new construction at the campus of the Robert Bosch Hospital in Stuttgart. The focus is on the optimal design of the material flow for different goods with specific requirements in various transport containers, such as pharmacy goods.

Ortenau Klinikum - Agenda 2030

With an investment volume of around 720 million euros, Ortenau Klinikum is developing its hospital locations for the future and strengthening regional healthcare. The FC-Gruppe is responsible for the holistic planning of the technical building equipment (cost group 400) for the clinic buildings and care facilities at the locations Offenburg, Gengenbach, and Lahr.

CIGL research building University of Giessen

For the CIGL research building of the University of Giessen - a center for the study of lung and infectious diseases - the FC-Gruppe planned the laboratory equipment. The equipment includes S2 laboratory areas with cell culture laboratories, a semi-automated biobank, a laboratory with a two-photon microscope, and a cleanroom. With a focus on diverse user groups, we offer optimal solutions for demanding research buildings.

Vincentius-Diakonissen-Klinikum Karlsruhe Elevators

The replacement building of the Vincentius-Diakonissen-Kliniken in Karlsruhe combines musculoskeletal center competence for the treatment of the entire musculoskeletal system and for the treatment of ear, nose, and throat diseases in the certified head-neck tumor center. To ensure barrier-free access to the new building, nine elevators with different uses are employed. The height difference between street and entrance level is overcome with an additional elevator. This elevator is located in a glass shaft with a glass-enclosed cabin on the forecourt.

Rhine Ordnance Barracks

A regional large clinic is being built for US military personnel on the US military site east of Ramstein Airport. The clinic is used to provide medical care for wounded soldiers from Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as for approximately 60,000 US citizens living in southern Germany. The new building will house 120 examination and treatment rooms, approximately 70 beds, and nine operating rooms. The cleaning and maintenance of the building envelope will be carried out with the help of a facade access system.

Municipal Clinic Karlsruhe

The Municipal Clinic Karlsruhe combines historical building substance from around 1890 with buildings from various expansion and modernization phases. The resulting fire protection challenges required a comprehensive structural and organizational retrofitting after findings from fire prevention inspections. The FC-Gruppe planned the necessary individual measures, coordinated their implementation, and monitored the execution during ongoing clinic operations to sustainably meet fire protection requirements and ensure safe operation.

Functional building Theresienkrankenhaus Mannheim

The FC-Gruppe designed architecture, medical technology, and fire protection planning for the innovative extension building of Theresienkrankenhaus Mannheim, which includes 11 operating rooms as well as specialized delivery and care stations.

Municipal Clinic Building M

For the construction of Building M of the Municipal Clinic Karlsruhe, the FC-Gruppe oversaw the construction supervision of the Technical Building Equipment (KG 410–440, 470 and 480). The close integration of planning and construction execution ensured quality, schedules, and the contract-compliant implementation of complex technical systems until successful commissioning.

Klinikum Winnenden

The new hospital building has optimal structures for medical care in the Rems-Murr district. With 600 beds and ten operating rooms, the new building represents a central care facility that did not previously exist in the Rems-Murr district. As a lateral entrant, the FC-Gruppe took over the project management until completion. In doing so, we had the task of moderating different interests and bringing about a cooperative project conclusion for those involved.

New construction of Central Clinic Campus

The FC-Gruppe takes over project management for the clinics of the district of Lörrach, providing comprehensive accompanying control and advice for political decision-makers. With regular project status reports, the FC-Gruppe ensures a transparent monitoring of time, cost, and quality. The implemented risk management system also ensures a proactive approach to potential challenges to ensure the successful implementation of construction projects.

Central Institute for Mental Health Mannheim

The Central Institute for Mental Health Mannheim offers an outstanding research environment with state-of-the-art facilities. The research building is equipped with functional areas for PET-MRI including hot-lab and application rooms, MEG, MRI 3 Tesla, Human-MRI 7 Tesla, VR lab, EEG measurement cabins, and an S2 lab with a freezer farm.
