Rhine Ordnance Barracks
A regional large clinic is being built for US military personnel on the US military site east of Ramstein Airport. The clinic is used to provide medical care for wounded soldiers from Europe, Asia, and Africa, as well as for approximately 60,000 US citizens living in southern Germany. The new building will house 120 examination and treatment rooms, approximately 70 beds, and nine operating rooms. The cleaning and maintenance of the building envelope will be carried out with the help of a facade access system.

Gasteig München
As part of the general renovation of the Gasteig Munich, Europe's largest cultural center with around 1.8 million visitors annually, the FC-Gruppe developed and planned the internal book and media logistics of the library using a rail-bound small goods transport system. As part of the planning team led by HENN Architects and AEC3 Germany, the FC-Gruppe contributed to the excellent BIM concept of the project, which was awarded the buildingSMART BIM Champion Award in the Planning category in 2021.
