Application
Do you have a specific position in mind? Then apply directly through our career page. A resume and short cover letter are sufficient for the initial assessment. You can optionally submit certificates directly.
Virtual Introduction
If your application is suitable, we'll start with a virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams (approximately 30 - 45 minutes). This is about getting to know you as a person, clarifying open questions and initial key data. We take these impressions with us for discussion with the department.
Personal Meeting
In the next step, you'll meet the department's manager in person. Here, we dive deeper into your experiences, your skills, and what makes you unique. At the same time, you'll learn more about the role and expectations. This step is also a conversation on equal terms - just be yourself and ask all the questions that matter to you.
