Corporate headquarters Heidelberg Materials AG

For the new company headquarters of Heidelberg Materials AG at the Heidelberg location, the FC-Gruppe took on services in the areas of quality assurance, lean management, and technical controlling. The modern office building combines flexible work environments, conference areas, and a future-oriented energy concept, and posed high demands on planning, coordination, and quality assurance.

New construction of the dm corporate headquarters

The FC-Gruppe comprehensively supported and professionally advised the dm project management in all service areas and project phases to achieve the necessary measures for optimizing the construction project with regard to the set project goal while maintaining the required quality standard and adhering to the schedule and budget. A key part of the success was the collaborative interaction between all project participants, project planners, and companies.

Municipal Clinic Building M

For the construction of Building M of the Municipal Clinic Karlsruhe, the FC-Gruppe oversaw the construction supervision of the Technical Building Equipment (KG 410–440, 470 and 480). The close integration of planning and construction execution ensured quality, schedules, and the contract-compliant implementation of complex technical systems until successful commissioning.

Klinikum Winnenden

The new hospital building has optimal structures for medical care in the Rems-Murr district. With 600 beds and ten operating rooms, the new building represents a central care facility that did not previously exist in the Rems-Murr district. As a lateral entrant, the FC-Gruppe took over the project management until completion. In doing so, we had the task of moderating different interests and bringing about a cooperative project conclusion for those involved.

The FC-Gruppe takes responsibility for the technical building management of the supply technology. This means that we actively ensure the monitoring and control of the technical systems. Aspects such as energy efficiency, safety, and reliability play a central role.

Network expansion TransnetBW

For TransnetBW, the FC-Gruppe accompanies projects in the high voltage infrastructure sector with services in planning, control, and consulting of technical building equipment. From early project development through approval procedures to technical quality assurance during construction execution, we ensure coordinated processes and the successful implementation of complex energy infrastructure projects.
