Cost, schedule, quality and project risks are assessed continuously and brought together in structured reporting. Deviations can thus be identified and assessed early and suitable measures initiated.

Tendering & contracts

We manage procurement procedures and coordinate approval processes in close dialogue with authorities, design participants and contractors. Awards are thus prepared and permits integrated into the project early.

Contract & claim management

Contract changes, change orders and deviations in scope are documented, assessed and managed systematically. This makes commercial effects visible early and reduces conflict during the project.

The FC-Gruppe takes over project management for the clinics of the district of Lörrach, providing comprehensive accompanying control and advice for political decision-makers. Grid expansion SuedLink

The FC-Gruppe accompanied the process for the first partial construction permit according to the BImSchG for the SuedLink project of TransnetBW, and prepared and submitted the necessary documents for the permit. Particular attention was paid to the permission of rainwater drainage while maintaining any impact on the flood safety of the facility.
