Transport infrastructure today has to do considerably more than carry road traffic. Urbanisation, climate adaptation, new forms of mobility and rising accessibility requirements are changing design and operation fundamentally. Modern traffic routes combine traffic safety, sustainability and cost-effectiveness into high-performing mobility solutions for cities, municipalities and infrastructure operators.
Traffic routes are the basis of modern mobility. We design roads, paths and access facilities that combine accessibility, traffic safety and long-term performance in use.

Rethinking mobility
Challenges facing traffic routes
Shift in mobility
New forms of mobility are changing the demands on roads and traffic facilities.
Traffic safety
Traffic routes have to be safe and intuitive to use for everyone on the move.
Climate adaptation
Infrastructure has to be designed to last and adapted to future environmental conditions.
Space utilisation
Limited space calls for efficient, multifunctional traffic solutions.
Our capabilities

Traffic facilities
We design and deliver forward-looking traffic facilities. This includes the layout of car parks and local roads as well as the development of infrastructure projects for e-mobility, charging points and hydrogen technologies. We thereby lay the basis for sustainable, innovative mobility.

Site development planning
In site development planning we take a systematic approach to shaping areas, particularly in urban and municipal settings. Through intelligent planning of roads, paths, green spaces and utility lines, we create sustainable and efficient use of the whole area.

Noise barriers
Noise barriers minimise the noise from traffic routes and other sources. Whether acoustic walls, noise bunds or special acoustic glazing – we design and implement effective barriers to reduce noise exposure for residents and the environment for the long term.

Barrier-free traffic areas
For a barrier-free environment we design tactile guidance systems that give people with visual impairments safe orientation. Through special floor surfaces and markings we create tactile guidance to avoid obstacles and ensure a safe route from A to B.

Safety planning
Safety comes first for us. In construction design we not only take all relevant safety standards into account (health and safety coordination), but also carry out safety audits to the German RSAS guideline. Our focus is on identifying potential risks, taking preventive measures and ensuring a safe construction sequence – always in the interest of everyone's health.
